You tell us the vehicle and where it is. We confirm availability, coordinate with the seller, and send the signed report with a Buy / Negotiate / Walk Away assessment.
How booking works
- Payment: due before the inspection. Once availability is confirmed, you'll receive payment details; the inspection is scheduled once payment is received.
- Travel: included within 50 miles of Tampa Bay. Beyond that, $1.50 per mile (one-way distance past the boundary).
- Cancellation / reschedule: free reschedule with 24 hours' notice. If the seller isn't available or refuses access at the agreed time, one free reschedule.
- Seller presence & road test: the seller (or someone they authorize) must be present and must explicitly authorize the road test. If the road test is refused, the inspection still goes ahead at full price, and the report will state: "Road test not performed — seller declined."
- Confirmation: you'll hear back within one business day — we'll confirm availability and coordinate access with the seller.
